Kochi, formerly Cochin, is a city located in the federal state of Kerala in India. It is one of the principal seaports of the country and is located in the district of Ernakulam, about 220 km north of the state capital, Thiruvananthapuram. Various waves of migration throughout history have made the city a fertile cultural center, managing to retain its colonial and traditional heritage despite the tumultuous development of recent years.

A day dedicated to visiting of the most cosmopolitan city of the South: the Chinese nets, the Dutch Palace at Mattancherry, the church of San Francesco which hosts the tombstone of Vasco de Gama, the synagogue with the Jewish Quarter and the antique dealer street.
In the evening there will be the show of Kathakali Dance.

After breakfast there will be a visit to Periyar.
The city extends around the banks of a huge artificial lake created by the damming of the river Periyar in 1895. It has 780 square kilometers of dense forest hillside, with 350 sq km used as a park. Periyar is one of the most popular national parks in South India, and is popular because of its elephants, as well as for its Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary, located between lush plantations of tea and spices.

After breakfast, travel to Kumarakon and upon arrival, accommodation at the hotel set on the banks of the lake.

After breakfast at the hotel, boarding to the houseboat.
The day will be spent on the boat navigating through tribal villages and calm waters of the river for a superb experience. Sensational for its silence, the cruise will take guests to learn more about the typical boats, friendly villagers, communities that work the coconut, local spirits, shops, fishing nets, manuals canoes of different sizes that cross each other. This experience will allow you to access to beautiful uncontaminated areas.

After breakfast departure for Kovalam and check in to the beach resort.
The rest of the day will be free to relax on the beach.

Transfer to Trivandrum.
