    Arrival in Siem Reap
    Day 1

    After meeting at Siem Reap Airport, you'll be transferred to your hotel. The afternoon is dedicated to a sightseeing tour of the city, which includes the visit of the Market and Les Artisans D' Angkor; then you'll walk up to the top of Phnom Bakheng Hill to enjoy a panoramic view of the western Baray and Angkor Wat at sunset. In the evening you'll enjoy an Apsara show and dinner (optional and with surcharge). Stay overnight in Siem Reap.

    The main sights of the city
    Day 2

    Today you'll visit the main touristic sights of the city, starting from Banteay Srei (967), 25km north of Angkor. It is a jewel of Khmer art with carvings and architectural details on pink sandstone. Afterwards, you'll discover the fortified temple of Banteay Samre (1150 – 1175) with its central temple ringed by walls, halls and libraries, well-known for its well preserved bas-reliefs of Vishnu legends. In the afternoon you'll enjoy a temple tour in Siem Reap. You'll explore stunning brick sculptures at Ta Prohm, one of the most gorgeous temples in the area, set of Lara Croft's adventures in "The Tomb Raider"; Takeo temple, belonging to the 10th - 11th centuries and dedicated to Siva; Preah Khan temple, characterized by high towers and intertwined corridors, built by the King Jayavarman VII; Neak Pean, a fountain built in the middle of a pool representing the paradisiacal Himalayan mountain-lake; and finally, the mountain-temple of Pre Rup with breath-taking views at sunset.     Siem Reap - Phnom Penh
    Day 3

    The morning is dedicated to the discovery of the worldwide known temples of Angkor Wat dating back to the 12th century. The complex is characterized by five towers also represented on the Cambodian flag. Angkor Wat’s five towers symbolize Meru’s five peaks - the enclosed wall stends for the mountains at the edge of the world and the surrounding moat, the ocean beyond. During the afternoon we'll pay a visit to the old capital of Angkor Thom, belonging to the 12th century, which includes the South Gate, the Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Elephants Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and the famous Bayon Temple, unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara. Late in the afternoon we'll reach the airport for the flight to Phnom Penh. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel for check-in. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

    The main sights of Phnom Penh
    Day 4

    In the morning you'll enjoy a sightseeing tour, discovering the Victory Monument, the National Museum with its collection of art sculptures presenting different periods of Khmer history, the Silver Pagoda located in the Royal Palace, famous for its 5,000 silver floor tiles and solid gold Buddha statue covered with 9,584 diamonds (weighing 90kg), and the Wat Phnom Temple. In the afternoon you'll move to Tuol Sleng Museum. It is also known as the Museum of Genocidal Crimes and was used by the Khmer Rouge as detention and torture center in the late 1970. In the evening you'll enjoy a sunset cruise on the Mekong River, during which it is possible to admire scenes of daily life of locals and their works on the banks. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

    Phnom Penh - Sihanoukville
    Day 5

    Today you'll move to Sihanoukville (226 km). It's a famous seaside resort characterized by white sand beaches and warm Gulf of Thailand waters. Sihanoukville is the right place where relaxing by the beach, enjoying the fresh from-the-ocean seafood, practicing snorkeling or scuba trips, and generally slow down, lay back and chill out.
