It is a requirement when booking your safari to buy travel insurance which is valid and effective. Persons not fit for long trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs.Crystal Travel shall not be liable for injury, personal illness, loss or damage to a person or property in connection with any service resulting directly from detention, annoyance, delays, expenses arising from quarantine, strikes, thefts, pilferage, force majeure, failure of any means of conveyance to arrive or depart as scheduled, civil disturbances, terrorism, government restrictions or regulations and discrepancies or changes in hotel services in which Crystal Travel has no control. Crystal Travel reserves the right to employ sub-contracts to carry out all or part of the services agreed to be supplied. Crystal Travel's liability to passengers carried in its own vehicles is governed by the respective laws of the country. Crystal Travel cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to baggage.
