This amazing trip is dedicated to those who love scuba diving, in fact the itinerary offers the chance to enjoy the magic world of Mozambique's sea.

From Maputo you will reach the coast of Praia do Tofo where you will have the opportunity of Scuba diving on an array of reefs in the area or taking an ocean safari to snorkel with the gentle whale shark giants.

Days will be spent doing two tank dives and afternoons can be set aside to enjoy beach's activities or explore the coastal areas and beaches of Inhambane and Tofo. There is also the chance to snorkel with seahorses in the lagoon or visit a market to try your hand at trading.

    Arrival in Maputo
    Day 1

    Meeting with your dive crew at Maputo Airport, then short briefing to explain the events of the following days.

    Then, the trip continues to the north to reach Praia do Tofo, home to one of the only permanent populations of Whale Sharks and well known to have one of the largest populations of Manta Rays in the world.

    Diving in Praia Do Tofo
    Day 2 - 5

    In these four days, you will choose among a variety of diving options on offer. We will head out early each morning for a two tank trip and return on time to have lunch on the pristine beaches.

    The afternoons are free for you to enjoy several optional activities or the amazing beach and the suggestive landscape.

    In the evenings, there is the chance to meet Dr Andrea Marshall and Dr Simon Pierce, who are deeply involved in Manta and Whale Shark research in the area. They will talk on the conservation efforts that have been put in place to protect these gentle giants.

    Day 6

    Our tour ends as we head back to Maputo Airport.
