After the tour of the city of Jogjakarta, with its museums and temples, you'll visit Ttriwandhu flea market, the ancient batik museum and you'll attend a spectacular shadow theater performance.
Arrive at Jogjakarta airport and transfer to the hotel, check in and lunch at the hotel. In the afternoon visit the complex of Prambanan temples, the largest and most spectacular Hindu architectural complex in Indonesia. You'll also visit nearby temples, Sewo, Plaosan and Kalasan. You'll continue with the visit to Affandi museum, dedicated to an Indonesian painter who is famous all over the world, and Batik Ardyanto gallery. Dinner and Javanese dance show at Purawisata. Overnight in the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. In the morning enjoy a city tour of Jogjakarta: visit Sonobudoyono museum (closed on Monday), the Sultan palace, the batik factory and the silver workshops in Kotagede. Lunch in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon visit Borobudur site, the main Buddhist temple in Indonesia, and the nearby temples of Pawon and Mendut. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Breakfast in the hotel and departure to Solo where you'll visit Mangkunegaran or Susuhunan palace, the typical flea market Triwindhu and the house of Danarhadi (private museum of ancient batik). You'll continue on visiting Cetoh and Sukuh museums. Lunch in a local restaurant.
In the afternoon return to Jogjakarta, dinner in a local restaurant, followed by a Javanese shadow theater show (Wayang Kulit) and overnight at the hotel.
