The day will be dedicated to the care of the body and of the mind. We will enjoy a relaxing massage inspired by the ancient Thai healing traditions, which combine Balinese massage with the original Herbal Ball, a cotton bag filled with more than 12 kinds of healing herbs that is massaged all over the body. These herbs help to increase the body energy, improve the immune system and respiratory functions, while the pressure on the body stimulates blood circulation and relaxes muscle tension.
After the massage, we will continue the visits: a trip to the southern end of the island, where the Uluwatu Temple was erected. It is located on a rock overlooking the ocean.
