Traditional trip in Lençóis

Meetup at the Lençóis airport (or Lençóis Bus Station) and transfer to your hotel.

Overnight in Lençóis.

The morning is dedicated to a hike to the Lençóis river, where it is possible to enjoy its beautiful pools and interesting rock formations, including the polished quartzite conglomerates. Break at the Primavera Waterfall for a swim and then back to Lençóis, where you will spend your night.

En-route it is possible to admire amazing landscapes.

Pick up at 8:30 from the hotel, you will move to the northern edge of National Park.

In the morning you will reach Iraquara, the regional Cave Capital and then walk through the huge limestone Lapa Doce cave. It is characterized by big rock formations, stalactites and columns.

At the end of the visit, you will enjoy a tasty regional lunch and discover the Pratinha Farm and the amazing Blue Cave.

The afternoon is dedicated to a hike to the top of the Morro do Pai Inácio (20 minutes), perhaps the most popular postcard-view of the Chapada Diamantina. Staying on the peak of this majestic table-mountain you will enjoy a breath-taking view of the whole valley and the National Park itself. You will have also the chance to admire the sunset before returning to Lençóis.

Overnight in Lençóis.

At 8:30 you will pick up from your hotel and transfer to Capão Valley by car.

This day is dedicated to the visit of the tallest waterfalls in Brazil: the Fumaça Waterfall. To reach this natural wonder you have to hike 2 km uphill and 4 km on flat lands. During the walk you will enjoy beautiful views of the valley and the surrounding mounatins.

Upon arrival to the waterfalls, it is possible to enjoy a scenic view from a lookout point and have lunch.

Here, you will have the opportunity to swim at the Riachinho River. 

Return to Lençóis for overnight.

After picking-up at 8:30 and 1,5 hour car ride to reach the fishing village of Remanso, you will start a boat trip along the Santo Antônio River.

The trip includes a visit to the Roncador River and many waterfalls and a delicious local lunch.

During the afternoon you will go back to Roncador River by jeep and then return to Lençóis, where you will spend your night.

At 8:30 your tour starts. Today, you will enjoy one of the most traditional hikes from Lençóis. You will walk along a 7 km mining trail following the Ribeirão River.

Upon arrival at the Sossego waterfall, you will enjoy your lunch. Furthermore, it is also possible to swim.

During the return way, you will visit the Ribeirão do Meio, a wide pool with amazing natural rock slides.

Return to Lençóis around 17:00. Overnight in Lençóis.

This morning you will leave Lençóis to reach Poço Encantado, a beautiful blue water pool inside a huge limestone cave, where it is possible to enjoy the rays of sunshine crossing the water until the bottom, at 60 m deep.

Afterwards, you will visit the Poço Azul, another wonderful underground pool of crystal blue water. Here, it is possible to practice snorkeling.

Home-cooked lunch and return to Lençóis for overnight.

Transfer to the Lençóis airport or Lençóis Bus Station: the tour is ended.
