Dindigul
Dindigul is an Indian division of the state of Tamil Nadu.
The most important things to visit in Dindigul are the Dindigul Fort, located on top of the huge hill of the city which looks like a pillow ("Dhindu"); the Begambur Big Mosque, built under the reign of Hyder Ali; the Thadikombu-Perumal Temple, located 5 km far from the city; the Sri Kottai Mariammam Kovil, a temple that has more than 200 years and consecrated to Moolavar deity; the Abirami amman Temple is located in the centre of the city, where every Fridays of Adi month there's a procession to it and to the end the St. Joseph Church.
