This 8-days itinerary will make you discover the beautiful lands in Turkey, an important historical country in Europe. Departing from Istanbul, the main economic, financial and cultural hub of the state, where you can admire its several historical areas declared Unesco World Heritage Sites, you will then move to Ankara, the capital city, and finally reach the region of Cappadocia. It boasts a particular charm, since it appears arid, barren, with lunar landscapes full of both natural and artificial caves. Furthermore, it is also a historical place; here, you can admire many Rock Sites and ingenious underground villages organized on different levels: a real mysterious world! Then, the tour continues to Pamukkale, famous for its thermal springs; Kusadasi, whose name means "Birds' Island"; and Izmir, located in the central-western part of Turkey.

Meeting at Istanbul airport and transfer to the hotel.
Full day tour in Istanbul, some of its main sights are: the ancient Hippodrome, the Basilica Cistern, The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, The Chora Church and the New Mosque. The itinerary also offers a Bosphorus Tour Ferry.
During the morning we will end the guided tour of Istanbul, visiting the Gran Bazaar and Topkapi Palace. In the late afternoon departure by bus to Ankara.
After visiting the Museum of Anatolian Civilizations in the morning, we will leave Ankara to reach the region of Cappadocia moving along the salt lake shore. Upon arrival, we will explore an underground city.
Today is dedicated to the discovery of the historical region of Cappadocia. Some of its most important tourist attractions are: Goreme Valley, the underground cities, Uchisar, Avcilar, Avanos and Pasabag. The tour will include a visit to a carpet emporium, where we will learn the productive process of rugs.
At 6.00 am we will transfer to Konya. En route visit to the caravanserai of Sultan Han. Once arrived, we will visit the Mevlâna Museum, the founder of the mystic stream of the whirling dervishes. Afterwards, we will continue to Pamukkale, famous of its terraces of carbonate minerals. Dinner and overnight in the hotel, where it is possible to enjoy a relaxing and regenerating bath in its thermal pool.
Today we will discover the city of Aphrodisias, with its beautiful Stadium, Odeon and Theater, and the renowned Ephesus, where we'll admire its Odeon, Fountain of Trajan, Hadrian Temple, Celsus Library and Theatre. At the end of the day, we will reach Kusadasi to overnight.
Transfer to Izmir airport, if needed, end of services. You have the chance to extend your holiday with a stay on the Aegean coast or gulet cruise.
