    Day 1

    Today you can discover the charming city of Bologna and find out what Palazzo dei Banchi is hiding: busy narrow alleyways of a Medieval Market that still intrigue people from all over the world with its Gothic style. After an excellent lunch in a traditional restaurant with the typical Bolognese cuisine you can enjoy and taste the history of ice-cream visiting the Gelato Museum. If you wish, you can book the ice-cream Masterclass, during which you can prepare your own ice-cream in the laboratory of the Masters of The Carpigiani Gelato University (optional - at an additional cost).

    Bologna - Pesaro
    Day 2

    Today you'll travel to Pesaro. It was the birthplace of the famous musician called “Il Cigno di Pesaro”. A walk through the typical streets of the historic centre will conduct us to Via Rossini where the Rossini House Museum is located. We'll visit his house, the Theatre and the Conservatory that conserve Rossini’s operas and memorabilia. Lunch at the Italian Trattoria where you can taste a delicious Italian pizza.

    Olive oil of Cartoceto and discovery of Fano
    Day 3

    In the morning the tour leader takes you to a local and typical oil mill in Cartoceto, where the best Italian extra virgin oil is produced. Here, you'll enjoy an olive oil tasting accompanied by some local olive oil-based delicatessen and good wines.

    During the afternoon you will enjoy a walking tour of Fano and Fano underground. Our professional tour guide will make you discover the interesting vestiges, revealing the history and mysteries of the “town of Fortuna”. At the end, tasting of “Caffè Moretta”.

    Acqualagna - capital of truffles
    Day 4

    Free day at disposal.

    Optional: today we'll move to Acqualagna, the capital of truffles. Here, a great chef will reveal the secrets of the truffle and cook a dinner in an elegant restaurant, enjoying what you have cooked yourself.

    You can also enjoy a full experience, having the opportunity to visit a company that transforms the tuber into truffle products, and you will taste a few too! You will be also welcome to two wineries for 2 tastings of local wines.

    Discover Fratte Rosa and Gradara Medieval Castle
    Day 5

    The morning is dedicated to the visit of the small village Fratte Rosa characterized by a strong union between people and their village, meticulous cultivation of the fields, the gaudy window sills and the enchanting techniques of pottery makers. This is why you can take part in a pottery-making session and learn something about the art of pottery while trying your hand at the wheel.

    At the end, you will enjoy the visit of a traditional winery and taste the best of their wine production.

    In the afternoon we'll move to Gradara Medieval Castle for a guided tour. Then, we'll visit an unforgettable Falconry Show (from May till October). Dinner in a typical restaurant located in an old church within the walls of the castle of Gradara.

    Visit Fabriano and Grotte di Frasassi
    Day 6

    After breakfast we'll reach the amazing small town of Fabriano, where we'll visit its important Paper and Watermark Museum that shows the fascinating history of this important craft for the town, exhibiting centuries-old machinery and well-preserved manuscripts.

    After lunch in the local restaurant we’ll enjoy a "journey to the centre of the Earth" through the Grotte di Frasassi, one of Italy's largest and most famous complex of caves.

    Day 7

    Today you can enjoy your free time to discover the city according to your own style. If you wish, you can experience the famous Outlets and Factory stores of Marche region.

    In this case, the whole day is dedicated to fabulous shopping, luxury shoes, handbags & designer clothing! The local artisans in Le Marche produce for important and famous designers, so we can also show you leather workshops for gorgeous travel & leather goods, hats and handbags all at factory prices.

    Urbino - Cheese production
    Day 8

    The morning is dedicated to the visit of a small family-run dairy to discover how the famous Italian cheese, called Casciotta di Urbino, is produced. At the end, we'll move on to the stunning city of Urbino. Urbino was declared Unesco World Heritage Site and it is also the capital city of the Renaissance.

    Discover Loreto and Corinaldo
    Day 9

    Today we’ll take part in a suggestive and curious tour to discover the hidden parts of Loreto. This city is renowned to host valuable relics, the famous Basilica della Santa Casa di Nazareth (Shrine of the Holy House), which is considered a real treasure of Renaissance architecture. 

    After lunch in the center of the city we’ll leave Loreto to reach Corinaldo. Corinaldo has managed to preserve some of the rare collection of art works and is famous because it boasts some Neoclassical and Renaissance style buildings.

    Discover Ascoli Piceno and Offida
    Day 10

    Today we'll visit the unique and beautiful city of Ascoli Piceno, from its historical medieval towers to the various hidden corners in the centre of the town that describe local traditions and secrets coming from its rich culture developed during the Humanism and the Renaissance years. You'll enjoy local delicacies during lunch, in a beautifully located restaurant situated in the heart of this charming town.

    In the afternoon we'll go on to Offida, where you can stroll along characteristic streets and admire museums and suggestive corners, where it will not be difficult to find ladies working at bobbin lace on the doorsteps of their houses. For those who want, there is also the chance to practice the art of bobbin lace with the help of a local person. A wine-tasting will conclude your Piceno experience.
