The Balinese massage is performed by combining the techniques of stretching to acupressure and aromatherapy. Its aim is to improve blood circulation, oxygenation, and the flow of vital energy. So, it is possible to try a pleasant feeling of relaxation and wellbeing. This massage works deeply to soothe damaged tissue, stretch tight muscles and relieve joint pain. In addition, a better circulation will help to reduce stress and to rebalance the body.
After the massage, we will continue the visits: a trip to the southern of the island, where the Uluwatu Temple is located, on a spur of rock overlooking the ocean.
