3-Day Combo Package: Tuscany & Cinque Terre Experience

Day 1: Pisa Half Day Morning Tour + Lunch + Welcome to Florence Tour. Visit Pisa on a half-day excursion from Florence. Take a break and enjoy a light lunch in the heart of Florence. Next you’ll explore the center of Florence on a 90-minute introductory tour. Learn about the city and hear some of the secrets of its 2,000 years of history. Your guide will tell you about the city’s Roman origins, show you a 15th-century palace, and take you from the Ponte Vecchio through the famous Uffizi Courtyard to Brunelleschi’s Dome, overlooking the Baptistery's golden Gates of Paradise.

Day 2: San Gimignano, Siena and Chianti. Explore the heart of beautiful Tuscany on a full-day tour. Visit San Gimignano and Siena and discover the world-famous wine region of Chianti. Departing from Florence, the first stop on the tour is medieval San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll have free time to explore the center and its splendid squares, palaces, churches, and to see the magnificent towers. The tour continues to the Chianti Classico wine area, where you’ll stop at a typical Tuscan winery to visit the cellars and vineyards. Afterwards you’ll be able to taste the wine produced there and enjoy a delicious Tuscan lunch of pasta, cold meats, cheeses, and local pastries (a vegetarian menu is available on request). In the afternoon you’ll have a sightseeing tour in Siena. Here 4 official guides - an English one, a Spanish one, a French one and a Russian one - will take you through the historic center. Admire the architectural styles of the Cathedral and of the Town Hall in the Piazza del Campo, site of the world-famous Palio horse race. The tour will end with a visit to the Monteriggioni fortress.

Day 3: Cinque Terre Tour. Experience a memorable day visiting impressive Ligurian landscapes. Cinque Terre is a UNESCO World Heritage Site on the Italian Riviera, stretching for approximately 18 kilometers. Discover the rocky coast, with caves, beaches, and paths that reveal breathtaking views. The tour in Cinque Terre continues by train. Visit the village of Manarola, a tiny urban jewel characterized by its typical Genoese-style case-torri. Check out the village of Vernazza, overlooked by the remains of a castle and a medieval cylindrical tower dating from the 11th century. Stop in 13th-century Riomaggiore, and the fishing village of Monterosso, known as the Pearl of Cinque Terre. Afterwards, you can taste the local limoncino ligure at a traditional wine shop. In the afternoon, you’ll have free time to swim or to explore the heart of the village.
